What we collect

When you send a job request we collect your name, phone, email, business name (if any), pickup address and ZIP (if given), vehicle details including VIN, your description of the problem, and any photos you attach. Our server also records the time and the country your request came from.

Why we collect it

Only to quote, schedule and complete your job, contact you about it, and keep a record of work performed.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email delivery and spam protection). If we add text alerts or a spreadsheet job log, Twilio and Google would process it too. They process it on our behalf and not for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
